Psychodynamic Psychotherapy: This in-depth, relational therapy helps uncover unconscious patterns rooted in early life experiences. By understanding how these patterns shape your present thoughts, feelings and relationships, you can begin to make lasting changes. It’s a powerful option for those seeking deeper self-awareness and emotional healing.


DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy): A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps with managing intense emotions, reducing self-destructive behaviours and improving relationships. It's particularly effective for treating Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) as it offers tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance and building a more stable sense of self.
