Luminous Minds Therapy provides tailored, therapeutic, evidence-based interventions that address complex emotional and behavioural challenges. We work with a range of clients, from adults and professionals to young people and families.
Founder Ayaz Akhtar is a dedicated Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). His extensive background includes working with clients of all ages, backgrounds and presentations both in private practice and in various other settings.
Our aim is to bring a wealth of knowledge and an authentic, relational approach to therapy.
